These Terms govern your use of finnest.in (the "Website") and the services of Finnest Overseas ("Finnest", "we", "us"), St Antony's Building, Kappalandimukku, Polayathodu, Kollam, Kerala 691021, India. By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Our services

Finnest provides counsellor-led financial guidance for overseas education and travel, including proof-of-funds guidance, education loan guidance, balance confirmation support, gold loan guidance, sponsor document review, and B2B support for study abroad agencies. The specific scope, fees and timelines for your case will be shared with you before you begin.

2. What we are not

  • Finnest is a guidance and documentation support service. We are not a bank, lender or NBFC and do not ourselves sanction loans.
  • We are not a government body or embassy and do not issue visas. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities.
  • Nothing on the Website is legal, tax or investment advice.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee loan approval, visa approval, admission or any particular result. Outcomes depend on the policies of banks, universities and authorities, and on the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Genuine and lawful documentation only

Finnest supports only genuine, legally valid and bank-supported financial documentation. We do not arrange, create or support "show money", fake, forged or temporary fund arrangements, or any shortcut that misrepresents your finances. If you ask for this, or provide false or misleading information, we may stop work immediately without refund and may report the matter where the law requires.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents.
  • Respond promptly to requests so that deadlines are not missed.
  • Make sure you have the right to share any third-party information (for example, a sponsor's documents) and that the person has agreed.
  • Review all documents and applications before submission. You remain responsible for what you submit to any bank, university or authority.

6. Fees and payments

  • Service fees are agreed with you in writing (message, email or invoice) before work starts.
  • Fees are charged for our guidance and effort. They are not a payment towards any loan, tuition or visa fee, and bank or government charges are separate.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

9. Intellectual property

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, submit false enquiries, or use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finnest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including refused loans or visas, lost admissions, travel or accommodation costs, or delays caused by third parties or by incomplete or inaccurate information. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific service concerned.

The information on the Website is general in nature and may change as bank and visa rules change. Please confirm current requirements with the relevant bank or authority before acting.

13. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to other sites such as WhatsApp or social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end our services if these Terms are breached, if information provided is false, or if we are unable to continue lawfully. You may stop using our services at any time by writing to us, subject to fees already incurred.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Kollam, Kerala].
